Firstly, it’s great to see that store bought vegan burgers are becoming more commonplace and, more delicious. TEAM VEGAN!
However, I think it’s fair to say that you simply cannot beat homemade patties. The infusion of flavours means that they’re always worth the extra effort, even when they’re a crumbly mess!
This collection of 35 vegan burger recipes celebrates some of the most delicious flavour combinations so prepare to have your tastebuds truly tantalised.
