The most expensive vitamin tablets on the market can’t replace the need for a diet full of fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds. In the same way, our skin and hair need nourishing with real, natural ingredients that haven’t been overly processed, diluted or mixed with harsh chemicals.
1. Odylique’s Olive Oil Cleansing Bar
Most shower gels and soaps contain sodium lauryl sulphate, which gives you a lovely lather, while stripping your skin of its natural oils. This often leads to dry patches and can really exacerbate skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Odylique’s Olive Oil Cleansing Bar (£6) is a great alternative. It cleanses effectively, but gently, and gives your skin a moisturising boost. You may well find that you don’t need to use as much body lotion if you make the swap.
2. Akamuti Murula Oil
3. Natural Australian Jojoba
4. Mixtress's Natural Cleansing Hair Smoothie
5. Narynda's Face and Body Scrub
